    Hi, I have also installed panels using loose cement ocms roughly weighing 40Kg each, with 3 panels per frame and 6 of the blocks. This is since I am in a rented accommodation and would be moving without leaving a mark on roof. It is yet to face any strong wing gusts, so will see if it can sustain. 55 to 65 knots is generally observed during wind storms.
