Good day does anyone knows how can I get read of E-9 error on geyserwise. The pump was checked it is working and I suspected thermostat,we replaced it yesterday but today the error came back. The geyser is set to use Eskom only in the morning and at that time everything works perfectly including water temperature display. When the sun comes up the pump circulates water and when geyser reach 25° the E-9 error starts and the geyser releases boiling water very aggressively on the outside outlet. This makes me think that the temperature on the display is incorrect because I wound expect water to be lukewarm at 25° but you get very hot water. That was the reason we suspected thermostat.
