  2. Hi guys, I have two Axpert 5KVA units connected in parallel. Each unit has 3 x 3strings of 300W panels. I have 10 x LGchem lithium batteries as storage. Recently I noticed that the one unit was not generating as much power from the PV. I checked all the wiring and fuses of the PV and all is fine. I even swopped the PV inputs to isolate the fault and the low production stays on the one unit. On the display of the suspect unit, I see the PV voltage of around 116V but little or no watts are produced. I assume the MPPT controller is faulty? My neighbor with the single 5KVA Axpert setup is also starting to experience a similar drop in PV power production. Can these units be repaired? I would not like to replace my unit because there are only Gen2 versions available, so I would have to replace both mine because the Gen1 and Gen2 are not compatible.
