  2. VE.direct to USB cable with a Victron Phoenix inverter

    i have the same problem on my window 11 laptop. Not recognising the inverter but when i plug the VE direct usb cable from the laptop to the MPPT 100/20 charge controler, this shows and i can modify the settings. It is just the Pure Sinewave Inverter Phoenix 24/1200 that is not responding. It is in an error state at the moment. Single slow red led for 2 fast green leds flashes. Would this prevent it connecting to my laptop? I dont understand the programming language part of the threads above so if someone can guide me to the solution, i will be very grateful. Thanks
