    I had a Darfon HBB3000 Hybrid Inverter installed in June 2015 with 4 x CB Solar DC12-260 260Ah 12V AGM Batteries, 12x250 panels. The system charged the batteries and served the daylight load on dedicated circuits with any excess fed back into the grid. Only used the batteries if the grid was down. It worked perfectly. The Darfon is now fried, ( apparently salt air corrosion, I live right on the beach,) although under warranty the installer is unable to trace original supplier or agent in SA. Installer decided after a month to replace with similar inverter at their cost but could not source apparently! They are now going to replace the hybrid with this system from microcare. 11. Will it do the same job. 22. Is it an equitable deal.

    Goodwe advises to only use Li-on not lead acid batteries with the GoodWe 3648-EM 3.6kW Hybrid Inverter. Comment please.
