  1. Hi Everyone, I wonder if somebody could assist me I have just recently installed my solar system. in the system i have A RCT inverter (Model: RCT-INF V4 5.6K V48) and a Hubble AM5+ battery with built in cloud link. I have read all over that you can connect the two via a cloud link device. So naturally i would think that the integrated cloudlink on my battery would connect with the inverter. i am having problems getting the two to communicate. I contacted the hubble support and the gentlman at the other end logged into my sustem and configured my battery. He then said i need to connect the battery MON port to the Inverter COM port I did exactly that and for some reason doesnt matter which battery setting i put the inverter in i still get an error 61. I am currently running the system in user mode where i have manually set the battery parameters. The only thing i dont like about it is that the inverter still thinks the battery is at roughly 40% when in fact it is only at 20%. I hope that somebody has had success or can maybe guide me on my issue. Or maybe explain to me how i can test the ports of the inverter or battery to see if they are damaged any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to eventually install a second battery i just dont want to invest in another hubble battery if the system Isnt going to work. And then would rather save up for a new inverter that will communicate with the battery My inverter only has 2 RJ45 ports a COM port and a BMS Port
