    I have been waiting for more than two years for my prepaid to be installed. After numerous visits, complaints etc to COJ I finally got it installed. Now I have been hit with a bill of more than R5000.00 for the monthly R200.00 that was never used because the prepaid metre was never installed. Now when I load electricity, they automatically take 50%. This cannot be fair. Does anyone know where I can complain or any what this can be sorted out?
