Hi there, I am new to the group and am hoping someone might be able to give me solid advise. We purchased a Solis Inverter (S6 5kW Single Phase Low Voltage Off-Grid Inverter (S6-EO1P5K-48) With Display). We were sold a Towerdeck 5 battery which after 7 days of frustration we were finally told that this is not compatible with the inverter. The connection cord that came with this battery was also for a Vectron system so did not talk to the inverter. We are now looking for a new battery that is compatible with the inverter and is also covered by the Solis warranty. Unfortunately the solar suppliers we have been too don't seem to give you all the information upfront unless you ask the right questions. Hoping someone could assist ) Thanks - Claire
