    Hope this helps. Just another noob.
    But assuming you have this inverter below, if so, just double-check the voltage specs of your panels (you didn't mention the brand or specs), if they are meeting the operating voltage range for the MPPT.
    Say for example if you have got a 380W panel that outputs for argument's sake 40V, then if you've got them all in parallel, you won't be meeting the 60V minimum, just the said 40V. See highlighted sections below.
    Try to put just two panels in series first at say 80V to check if that works. Whatever final panel configurations you set up, try to keep the panel output to within the inverter's required range.
