Hi There Thank you for the great forum. I'm new. Please help. I have 2 Luxpower 5000SNA Hybrids connected in parallel to 3x Hinaess Powergem 5kw Bateries and 12x550w panels. My question is can I connect 2x 2kw Generators to the dedicated generator inputs available on each inverter?

I cannot edit the above post anymore.

Just FYI, these Luxpower have 3 fans near the bottom which draw air in from the bottom of the inverter and then pushes the air up and the design by default requires for the air to dissipate out the top vents of the inverter. These additional 120mm fans are sucking the hot air out from the top of the inverter and when the Luxpower fans are not running these will still help keep some air flowing through the inverter and help remove the hot air from the inverter (remember, hot air rises).

Until yesterday evening I was running a backup inverter, which uses MultiSIBControl, so ran a Win7 VM on a x64 machine running linux as the base O/S, today back on the Sunsynk 5kW, which is spoken to from Home Assistant, which at the moment runs as a linux VM on RPi 4, which again has debian as the base O/S...
I need to do a lot more work on getting this set up that it is *really* useful, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day...
