Hi all I have a similar, but not identical, problem. 2 x 5kVA Axpert inverters with 8 x US3000 pylontech and 24 x 380W panels, managed by SMH software on a Raspberry Pi. Was all working fine until about a week ago. On investigation, 2 of the batteries were very low (6 and 4%) while the rest were working in unison at 35%. Battery stack showed an error. I reset the complete system. One of the batteries are now charging fine but it seems as if the one that was at 4% does not want to take charge. It actually starts discharging at 10% while the other batteries are still charging and at about 45%. Is the battery stuffed or is this just due to the mismath in SOC?
