Nuts4Solar Posted October 29, 2021 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I need some help. I've had a couple of issues getting the Renusol mounts for our roof. First had the wrong feet for a standing seam Clickloc roof and now I have an assortment of parts but no design diagram from the supplier (which used the Renusol website). The supplier has contacted the wholesaler who supplie the parts and designed it. But they just don't respond. The problem is the Renusol instructions that I was sent do not actually match the parts I have. What I want to ask is: "Do these pictures look right?" To me it looks wrong that the two R410083 clamps overlap and protrude over the edge of the standing seam clamps I was supplied. Is this correct and should I move forward with construction.
