October 31, 20214 yr Hi, I'm running ICC version 4.9 and monitoring itself works reasonable. My system has a 10 kW Voltronics Hybrid + 4x Pylontech US3000C, "gried-tie with backup (II) mode". Both are recognized by the software and the correct data is shown. Unfortunately there is no decent user manual available and I never received any response to my mails sent to [email protected]. Got only once a mail from "Manie" with the license, but no technical support, which is kind of strange. So maybe someone of you can help me 🙂 I thought that ICC can control charge and discharge of the Pylontech batteries based on the SOC. Is see the SOC in the software, but there seems to be no option to set the max. and min. SOC (want to keep the SOC between 90% and 10%). In another thread I have seen here that there is an option to use SOC for control, but this doesn't appear on my system. Is it not available with my setting? Currently it looks like the cut-off discharge and bulk/float charging voltages are used as upper and lower limit for the batteries, which is rather inaccurate. I see from time to time hughe spikes on the load, which are definitly not real. Have you seen that before? What can be set here? There is no explanation at all ... After PV is not available anymore at the evening, I see the following messages in the info logs? What does it mean? Does anyone know the commands which are sent by I2C? Otherwise I need to find out by myself with the logic analyzer. No information about this anywhere. Regards, Matt
