Hi guys .

I'm trying to replace an sj100 with a wj200 on a Heidelberg stahlfolder 2004 machine witch uses p24 , LH , LL , 4,5,6 , al00 , al01 and RS422 to control the inverter with external inverter . Everything seems to be good and inverter does do the run command without problem but when the external digital operator gives the frequency change command , the inverter's Hz light blinks and looks like it understands what should be done but doesn't change the machine speed and won't apply the command given by operator .

Tried to change a001 aand a002 settings and also changing dip switches position but changing any of those causes in inverter not working at all .

I don't have any access to any Hitachi expert in my country , it would be a great help if anyone has any idea.
