FWIW, the rule of thumb:
Less than 1000w - 12v
Less than 2000w - 24v
Less 3000w + is 48v

Those inverters are quite reliable, but it's not a hybrid inverter. i.e. it either works on Eskom, or batteries. 2000W @ 12V is fine, if that's what you can get, but I feel it's a bit overkill just for the fridge?

Hey friend I’m the owner of a power star w7 6000w just since of late, it started to give a buzzing sound and the display board lights started the inverter power on line battery charger off . Any suggestions
