December 14, 20214 yr Hi Guys, I have a sunsynk 5kw connected to a BSLbat 5kW battery. Arrived home to a low DC error with only the power LED on the battery on. Holding the reset button also seems to have noeffect. Inverter recons there is no battery even though the CAN info reports a battery voltage of 48V. Any suggestions as to how to go about to get the batter back online?
