Hi everyone, I have asked for help twice before, unfortunately without receiving any response or assistance from the group. My first post was on 29 July, and I posted again on 5 August. I now have a more serious problem. One of my five Shoto 4.8 kWh 100 Ah batteries has stopped working because of a severe cell imbalance. The BMS has gone into protection and the battery will neither charge nor discharge. I am asking once again, please, if there is anyone in this group who has experience with these Shoto batteries and knows how to reset, recover, balance, or repair this battery, I would really appreciate your help. Hey all, I recently had a warranty replacement of a US3000C and received the US3000D module. Unfortunately the ICM software which was still working for me for years is now struggling to gather BMS data for my stack from the US3000D which is my new master unit. I was just wondering if anyone has an updated firmware for this unit? I have noticed the firmware console commands does not include all commands from previous generations. It does have the new charging voltages, etc as per the last firmware update for the US3000C. I also noticed it has board NF4.E3 which is different to some of my US3000C modules with board NF4.E2 I executed some familiar commands from the console…

Since I have now upgraded my system with more panels I am ready to take the next step to going completely off grid (In the future). So now my question is, what battery should I buy to replace the Volta stage 1. So far the Dyness powerbrick seems like a good choice, according to the manufacturers their BMS will remain compatible for at least the next 4 years. I have two Tiaco VKS1100 lithium batteries running system firmware version DGGZ V15.53. I am experiencing several issues related to compatibility between the BMS and my Sunsynk inverter, including: - The BMS intermittently stops sending information to the inverter, resulting in communication errors. - The battery voltage unexpectedly drops. - There appear to be issues with the DIP address settings. Hi. I have 5 x V-TAC VT48200B battery. This is the same like Vestwoods and Narada. When I connect batteries via can to 2x deye 12kW inverter I get only 300A charge and discharge. I get information about that I should change how many battery is in one stack. I have UIWare software for that but my converter rs485 to USB not connecting the batteries with PC. Maybe someone can help me how to connect batteries with PC? Maybe some specific address of dip switch? Thanks

Good morning - I am in the process of selling my US2000 batteries and the potential buyers are, not unreasonably, asking for condition report, cycle and cell report etc. I have read up on using Battery View to get read this details, but based on my severe lack of any technical and IT skills the probability that I can succesfully do this is very close to zero. Are there any forum members in Pretoria who can come out to my house and has the expertise, prior experience experience and neccessary calbles to use the Battery View software to get the required reports on my batteries?? I am off-course willing to pay for your time and experience!!

So tonight I noticed something was off with my SoC graph so I went to investigate. Sadly this is what I found: one battery that switched itself off. I suspect water got in between the black back portion and the white front portion. I found a water droplet at the bottom of this seam so it either ran along the side or straight through. I believe this won't be honooured as a warranty claim so is there somewhere/someone in Cape Town who can diagnose and repair? Thanks in advance. I am having an issue with one of the batteries we have in the installation. Its a us3000c, it keeps giving an internal comms alarm when vied on batteryview. when discharged, when the inverter usually switched over to main, the other batteries in the system are working fine, just this US3000c. can it be the battery only has 1400 cycles. and the cells are all fine. Can this be a firmware issue on the battery this battery was bough 5 years ago. the us2000c is still working perfectly.
