The need to update the firmware

I have two Tiaco VKS1100 lithium batteries running system firmware version DGGZ V15.53.

I am experiencing several issues related to compatibility between the BMS and my Sunsynk inverter, including:

- The BMS intermittently stops sending information to the inverter, resulting in communication errors.

- The battery voltage unexpectedly drops.

- There appear to be issues with the DIP address settings. The battery configured as 0000 is set as the Master, and the battery configured as 0001 is set as the Slave.

- When the CAN cable is connected, the inverter can communicate with only one battery, while the second battery is not recognized.

- The charge/discharge cycle counter has frozen after I corrected and reset its value.

I have attached a screenshot of the battery software for your reference.

Could you please help me identify the cause of these issues and advise whether a firmware update or any other solution is available?
