May I ask what the 154 means on the data plate of this battery. When i opened it up i found 30AH cells in pairs on one model and 130AH single cells in the other. The manufacturers data sheet for these cells shows a capacity below that suggested of 8 kilowatts. Has anyone else observed this anomaly?

Hi there Can anyone please assist. I have a 48v v svolt lipofe4 battery that has changed itself way it works lately. It now cuts off with 4 lights still remaining and at 53% charge left. I contacted luxpower and the support tech suggested that I update the bms as it may be drifting. Does anyone one know how to fix this. If you could help it would be appreciated as I am disabled and have no clue how any of this stuff works. I can leave my number 0784702897. Thanks Shawn

I have a 8kw Deye Inverter and 2 x 5.1 CFE batteries. When my batteries are discharging, at times the SOC hits say 60% and then just drops to 0%. It then starts charging gets to 40% and then jumps to 100%. What would be causing this?

Hi, I am busy trying to communicate with Huawei ESM-48100B1 batteries through RS485. When polling just one battery I have no issues, but I want to connect more batteries in parallel and read them as a rack. When I procured my batteries they were set to the default slave ID of 214 so they both share the same ID. Looking through the modbus spec it gives no indication of how multiple batteries can be read from or how slave IDs can be changed. I know there is a Smart Logger that Huawei sells that allows one to edit certain parameters on these batteries (haven't been able to confirm if Slave ID is one of them), but I would prefer a method that didnt require me to go out a…

I have a 8kw Deye inverter with 2 Volta stage 1 batteries. The problem is that only the Master battery discharges and nothing from the Slave battery. If the charge om the slave go below 50% it starts to draw currant from the grid. If I switch the Master battery of the slave battery start to supply power to the inverter. That started during a 4 day power outage the we had the past week. What can be the cause and what must be done to rectify this situation. Thanks Willem

Hi, i use BatteryView HV 3.9.4 with my PowerCube H1: SC1000-100 with 14xH48050. I updated the SC1000 to FW 5.7 but have different FW Versions on the H48050 Battery Packs and cant get nowhere the newest Firmware. I am aware of the issues if i make an error - i killed a H48050 with the wrong firmware (any ideas to reset?????). Pylontech mention that alle Battery Packs have the same firmware! I have a 6 year old installation in a 4 x 5kW Axpert Inverter setup as attached with 20 x Pylontech US2000 Plus (And some new US2000C Top batteries in Cabinets for failed US2000C Plus Replacements). US2000 Plus Batteries started failing 1 or 2 at a time since 2 years ago with 900-1100 cycles on the batteries. Initially when installed in 2017 Pylontech approved the 53.2v Float/Absorption charge settings for the 10 year warranty and it was submitted to them by installer. 2 Years ago they replaced 2 batteries. Hi all - first time post here 🙂 I have a 54 Volt Blue Nova battery approximately 10 months old now. It is controlled by a Victron Multiplus 48/5000 unit - age of installation approx 5 years. The available energy from the battery is constantly decreasing up to a point where it now disconnects the Multiplus while even being at 40-50% State of Charge. This is with an approximate continuous load of around 120watt overnight. Originally when new it could go down to below 5% SOC with such a low load, only requiring a big load for it to go into protection (Low Battery state) while still at say 20% SOC. Does anyone know if this is hardware specific or firmware specific. I have have 6 US5000 and I can only get Batteryview v3.0.28 to see the module I have the cable plugged into. I am connecting using Console port to USB on Windows. Plugging the cable into the Master battery still only shows that battery in the left pane on the software. I presume this is a firmware issue. Anyone with more understanding of the software might be able to answer me.

Good day, This is the battery I bought: Hubble Battery I am bit worried concerning this battery. I bought it on the 20 February 2024 as my gel batteries were terrible. Got the electrician to come set it up and everything. I maybe used it 10 times or so as loadshedding actually disappeared for a bit. This battery has 6 lights that show battery level. Hi all. I don't understand what has happened with this battery last night. See the graph of SOC since midnight: As you can tell, I have set minimum SOC to 40% (maintaining a buffer for loadshedding), which was reached soon after midnight. But, for a reason I don't understand, the battery suddenly reported 0% at about 2:15am. I have not seen any alerts or faults logged. It now seems to be charging as normal again. I see that there was loadshedding scheduled for 2-4 am, but the graphs tell me it never happened as there is Grid feed throughout, rather than feed from the battery. What on earth?!? I'm curious if anyone else has seen this with older Hubble AM2's, specifically v1.5 BMS examples - subtle but definite bulging of the housing? The bulge isn't immediately obvious - but tapping the top cover gives a non-hollow sound indicating something (obviously the cells) is pressing against the metal. Tapping a healthy battery gives a hollow sound. Hi all, I have 4 x (Nava Solar TD-LFP-48100RM) Batteries in parallel connected to my 2 x Growatt SPF 5000 ES inverters. The inverters is talking to the main battery and reports that there are 4 batteries connected. My issue is that with each battery having a theoretical capacity of 4.8kw I should have a capacity of about 16kw in battery storage. But it has been running now for two weeks and initially I only had 4kw discharge from the batteries before they where empty and after a week I have about 8Kw discharge.
