Hi there

Can anyone please assist. I have a 48v v svolt lipofe4 battery that has changed itself way it works lately. It now cuts off with 4 lights still remaining and at 53% charge left.

I contacted luxpower and the support tech suggested that I update the bms as it may be drifting.

Does anyone one know how to fix this. If you could help it would be appreciated as I am disabled and have no clue how any of this stuff works.
