Hi guys , can you please assist with which settings to enable battery comms I should use on the luxpower sna5000 and perhaps cable config for bluenova bns52v rack mount battery

It's definitely a weird one, the original control card works fine on another axpert king /kodak , tried two control boards on this main board and error 3 persists. I havent checked firmware, will do so today .I could just not figure out how it's displaying under voltage with an overvoltage code.

Good afternoon all, did anyone perhaps experience something similar on these units? Axpert king/Kodak . I have replaced the control board and tested each individual component that the 27 page service manual guides us on. Voltage shows 32.5 , and not the usual higher voltage which is confusing. I have another pcb which is completely dead .. I also don't see a fault on it , unless there's a processor somewhere which I didn't locate and probably can't test or replace .

Hi @Coulomb Sir , it was one of the mosfets with a slight crack I didn't see the first..second ..ot third time.Tested fine in circuit , so didn't notice. Thank you very much for the help

Hi sir , that's correct .The green one is the 470uf . I'll take those diodes out of circuit and start there , I was also thinking about changing the regulator.Thanks for your time and help.

Hi all, thanks for reading. I have a kodak 5kw , came in for error 9 . I found two igbts blown into pieces, replaced all 9. I have also replaced the gate resistors and optocouplers too. As soon as I start up it blows the 470uf cap in the switching power supply , I removed and checked all the surrounding components and can't find a reason why the cap would blow its top all the time . Has anyone else experienced this ?

Good morning experts , i have received this inverter for repairs. When connected to battery only, it causes the batteries to go into error mode, which prompted me to look at the dc bus voltage side. With the pcb removed , I checked the transistors nearest the battery terminals and they read negative in diode mode, the multi meter eventually runs this negative reading down and the transistors measure correctly ,like its being discharged and "charged " . Thereafter when I check the dc battery terminals, this also reads negative. I have removed the mosfets, checked the mini transistors in circuit and the fault persists. Has anyone experienced this before ? And if so can you maybe point me in the right direction ?

Good afternoon members , I received a clients mecer inverter in for repair ,it seems alot of parts were removed by the previous tech. This version doesn't have the heatsink on top. Does anyone perhaps have a picture of the complete "aerial view " ?, I'll share what I have here. 48v 5000va 5000W. I'm not sure if there is anything else missing besides the two cables going to the solar panel connector block

This is a sample of the IC/cpu I was referring to, will remove one from a donor board and fit (hopefully not damaged ) then see if there's any change
