WatchPower (app): resetting password/account

Having long-forgotten my password for WatchPower, I need to have the password re-set. 

I've emailed the developer twice (via credentials provided via App Store); no reply. Is there some means via the app itself to achieve this? Any other ways?

FWIW I have a Kodak inverter: happy to run a different app that will enable me to monitor usage etc.

Yes, I have. And that's precisely where the problem comes in: I had to re-enter the password (which I've forgotten). I cannot comprehend that a) no alternative exists and b) there is seemingly no way to re-set the password.

This truly is RIDICULOUS - how on earth are you supposed to recover your forgotten username and password on the WatchPower App????

I now have an inverter forever locked into an account I no longer can access. Forget trying to email the developer on their email on the app - [email protected] - there is no response at all, ever.

Did you delete the Watchpower folder in Program files after uninstalling? Also look for a Watchpower entry in your user settings. Perhaps changing user could help.

I think I have a similar problem. How did you get your issue resolved?

The administrator password is the default for the app running on a laptop or other device  the problem is not there .. This problem is with the mobile app   when passwords are lost and you try to recover the password  as this is registered on the net   .  But who to contact there is a real challenge to get your registered device deleted  so  you can restart from scratch.    The closest i got was to see that Acresso is the developer of the software and the opti website might give an answer to the reset issue .   The Expensive solution is to buy a new wifi module  for the inverter.

Hi,

I have dual RCT inverters, running the WatchPower app on iPhone. I managed to connect both Inverters to router via WiFi. But when I register an account to access the cloud connected inverters, I receive an error: ‘The Wi-Fi Module has been registered and cannot be registered again.’ and when I attempt to click on Forgot Password, it asks for a Username and Email address? How on earth do I know that as I never registered before? And I received both units as sealed? Any other software we can use in stead of this software clearly not working or supported?

Hello, I am a user of Watch Power I have a problem. I created an account on the program and forgot the password, user name, email, and phone number. I just keep the data logger of the inverter and I want to recover the account because I cannot create another account and add the data logger of the inverter. Please help.
