  1. WatchPower (app): resetting password/account

    Hi, I have dual RCT inverters, running the WatchPower app on iPhone. I managed to connect both Inverters to router via WiFi. But when I register an account to access the cloud connected inverters, I receive an error: ‘The Wi-Fi Module has been registered and cannot be registered again.’ and when I attempt to click on Forgot Password, it asks for a Username and Email address? How on earth do I know that as I never registered before? And I received both units as sealed? Any other software we can use in stead of this software clearly not working or supported?
