Hey guys have a weird problem now not sure why its doing it. got a Luxpower 12Kw inverter with 24 Pannels connected to it and this 15kw batter it's almost a year old now. now the problem is it will randomly just fault out requiring a bms cycle. at first i thought it was perhaps the protocol it was on pylontek so changed it to lux and still does the same was hoping that will fix it. what i did now is change the can cable from cat 5 to cat 7 to see if that's what's causing it it has a pace 16s 200A BMS with the pace tools I cannot see what the problem is. cell balancing is is about 5 - 20 mv apart depending on how high the load is generally, it's under 10mv 90% of the time anyone experienced this problem before
  2. nah i mean the 1265 is not showing on the inverter it self as used its only showing what its needs to get the job done i mean actual power being drawn from grid even being fully powered by solar its drawing that amount inverter is showing it s not using from grid but amp meter + eskom power meter shows 1265 being drawn constantly its not going up or down stays solid on that amount until the unit switches to grid mode where that load will change for instance inverter is showing grid draw is 4125 actual draw is 5256 for instance again based on power meter + amp meter
  3. Good morning guys , just a quick question so i have my inverter system connected to grid still, so if om on full solar and unit does not draw from grid supposedly it still pulls 1265W from the grid even ifs its not actively using it and when its configure to be solar first and only use from grid when needed it pulls 1265 regardless if the load is lower than what is being used . and on full bypass mode the draw is always 600w more than is being showed unit in question is a conderenergy 10.2kw unit nothing special it gets the job done atleast
  4. Howzit guys so I'm in the process to go completely off grid soon now my question is earthing related. does the N/E Still need to be Bonded together if there is an Earth rod installed? and if so if it has to be bonded together still the earth rod? does it need to be connected to the common earth bus bar as well? the idea is to not use Grid Ever again (Eskom Comes and disconnects the line going to my house ) just solar/generator have way too many problems with grid to either die for a few days or to just supply 80 - 110v >.>
  5. Hi , any one have the rs 485 and canbus pin layout for me please its not showing in the manual

Hey guys , looking for some advice regarding my current setup. the idea was to get a kodak inverter but unfortunately non was available so had to go with alternative one that fits my needs/specs in a sense now its a conderenergy 10.2Kw inverter so far it works great my only problem @ this stage is the lithium battery i have bought its a FiveStar 15kw beast also works great. can't get it to communicate to inverter so what it does it sometime just goes into fault mode and only way to get it to work again is by disconnecting the bms cable other than that it works. is there any specific settings for bms i need to look at to get it to work as intended?
