Posted January 31, 20223 yr I have sunsynk 8kw, Deye 12kw and AlphaESS inverters running my home. 19.6 kwh Gel on 8kw Sunsynk( outside lights, pumps), 4×5.7kwh lithium for Alpha(upper floor) and 2x20kwh Freedom Won on the 12kw Deye( main part house) Also 62.5kwa 3 phase generator outside but not used for years. Would like to go off grid but the Alpha ESS is not an offgrid inverter and although it is set to zero export, it does export up to about 1kw while the sun is producing energy. I questioned Alpha and this us apparently normal and also used to sync to grid frequency. My question is if it is possible to connect it with say the Deye inverter so that one of that phases can supply power to the Alpha should it need it but can also "receive " power from the Alpha ESS when it back feed that little bit of power to sync. This phase will have a constant load like the fridges/poolpump or something so that this is not actually going back into the Deye inverter. Thanks for any input on this.
