HvdB Posted April 16, 2022 Posted April 16, 2022 Hi everyone, I have a new set of two UC3000C's plus two older UC3000's in a combined stack of four batteries connected to a Kodak OG-Plus 5.48 inverter (which is just another Voltronic unit). The system works well, and I want to set the SolarAssistant up so I can see what is happening. I connected the Pi with the SolarAssist software. I also added a USB cable directly to the battery to pick up the battery Temperature etc. I am the site owner and registered and are able to enter in the .....solar-assistant.io URL, no problem. It worked perfectly for a while, but now it is clearly not connected to the converter, I can only see the battery info. When I go to Configuration, the Inverter part still show all the correct selections being: Voltronic and USB direct, but now it is not connecting anymore, and says in red: No matching devices found. - Settings. When I enter into Settings, it takes me to the configuration screen of the inverter, but nothing to select and no values at any parameters. I have already changed the USB cable, but no difference, I rebooted it, - no difference, I unplugged everything from it - still no difference. Any ideas? HvdB Quote
Denarius Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 I would try a RS232 cable. To solve it temporarily you can probably restart the inverter. Quote
zsde Posted April 28, 2022 Posted April 28, 2022 @HvdB Do you see any connection status in the Configuration Tab? Quote
