Deye inveter load issue

Good afternoon, we installed 2 x Deye inverters connected in parallel as well as 4 x Dyness batteries.

We are having 2 issues, pls help us correct them.
1st.
When Eskom goes off only one inverter seems to be working(carrying the load), the other sits on 0% load.

2nd.
When Eskom is off, the inverter shows a high load sometimes up 3kw(it flactuates)even though the load was at 300w just before we switch off Eskom.
