Does anybody have the Weco Battery protocols for reading on the RS232 port?

I have a couple of installations now with Weco batteries and RCT inverters.

I can use their battery monitor software but would like to read my own readings if possible.
I tried contacting Weco directly but they don't seem to be interested to help

Also interested to find out if there is any protocol to be used with HA or Solar Assistant.
But the lack of threads on them, and seeing you struggling with support is making me second guess if i should purchase.

How has your experience been with the batteries so far?

Sorry for late reply... I have 3 installations with the batteries and solar performing as expected... their cable info and setup instructions is good so no prblems there... can read the batteries with their app and USB serial cable... i just wishing could get the protocols so that onecan integrate with icc, etc

I'm struggling to be able to change the format on a Weco 4K4 LT. It doesnt have WiFi or Bluetooth so I need to do it with a cable and PC. I've got a USB to Serial adapter cable. What pin outs do I use from the Serial converter cable to the RJ45 connector at the battery?

Hi, I am also trying to connect our Weco batteries to ICC/ICM to get individual cell readings - without success. 

Anyone managed to do it!?
