I know this topic has been discussed, but can't find a final solution on the forum.

I upgraded the "device ARM firmware to 08 - 410-02034-08.bin", so now in PV Master when it asks me to select my batteries, Pylontech 3500C options as well Pylontech 3500 options are available, however when I select either of them, it fails.

Please can someone who has been through this advise as to how you resolved the issue?

    Update - Goodwe support responded very quickly - apparently I hadn't updated all the firmware I needed to. They sent me a link and I have now downloaded and updated everything. I have now been able to get the GW to accept the PTech 3000's (not 3500 as previously typed).
