Hello, I have a Freedom One 8/10 battery to connect to an offgrid Growatt 5000 inverter.  I am not sure how. I chose LI as the battery type, connected the BMC cable, but I am stuck with choosing the protocol. Apart from knowing in what "range" it goes, I don't know which of the 99 possibilities if that is what it is, I.e., one of those numbers. Can anyone advise?

I have made progress.

Battery connects with setting 05 as U52i.e., user-defined 2. However, the solar input (set to SOL in option 01) with no load, does not charge the battery.  My array is a 4s2p of Canadian panels that deliver about 2.2Kw and 198V. Surely, that should suffice charging the battery, especially with no load?
