September 21, 20223 yr A few days ago my Luxpower app on my phone and laptop stopped working. When i tried to log on it gave a message...Network may have trouble. I uninstalled the app on my phone and am trying to download it again but its not working. Any answers out there.
September 21, 20223 yr is all the lights green on your dongle ? else connect to the luxpower directly and see if it is communication (Local Connect)

December 16, 20232 yr I'm having the same issues more and more. I'll try the option above, but how do I connect it directly (local connect). The system is offline more often than online.
December 17, 20232 yr Log out of the app on your phone. Connect your phone to the WiFi network presented by the dongle Then on the phone app sign in page click on local connect.
December 16, 20241 yr My luxpower app was fine with BT when I changed to Vodafone the only way I could get it to work was using a non Vodafone extender. Now it won't let me look at the app when I'm logged in on the same WiFi. It works on mobile data, but it's a bit of a pain. Any ideas
