SunSynk 8KVA crossover switch wiring?

Hi

I'm instaling a 8KVA SynSynk inverter. I want to e able to bypass the inverter (if required). How do I wire a single phase system with a crossover switch?

I have a DB board with essential load and a separate non-essential load.

Questions:

1. Can I use a normal two pole switch? Does the neutral also have to be switched or not? I've seen installations that use the Hager two pole switch.

2. I have an isolator, and earth leakage on the essential and the non-essential side. Does it matter where the bypass connection connects to on the essential side?
