Can someone help me? My problem is that I cannot log the data from my inverters. I can set the parameters via watch power and i can see the data but the screen is switching one from another between the phases. And the program shows same serial numbers. Connection is USB. I attached the stickers and print screens.

I ask the supplier and said this: "Hi, I confirmed with our engineer, it is not supported to monitor three inverters in parallel on one computer, Please try to monitor separately. Thanks"
