Load not being recognised Growatt SPH6000

Featured Replies

My mains supply is over 5 meters away from my inverter so the leads from the supplied CT clamp dont fit. I paid for a solar supplier to see what can be done and they suggested installing the GivEnergy LoRa Wireless RS485 transmitter and receiver to wirelessly supply the inverter with the CT clamp readings. They have connected the lead to the CAN input and set as Wired CT. There is no load showing on the inverter. How do I get the load to show?

Seems odd to have you buy something extra when they could have just extended the CT cable using ethernet cabling. It sounds like the CT was installed incorrectly; either its facing the grid (and not the inverter) OR it was installed onto the wrong pins. Either way they need to come fix it for you

The arrow is facing the fuse board when I take the clamp off. Should it be the other way around? They have been out twice now and still perplexed. They are a proper solar installer!
