March 18, 20233 yr Hi, your installer did not install a Neutral Earth bonding relay, or the relay is not working. Now you have a floating Neutral.

September 5, 20233 yr Any update on this? I'm also having the same issue on my Luxpower SNA5000. What was the fix?

September 5, 20233 yr I have noticed that via the installers login there is this option: When I enquired with Luxpower local SA support via Whatsapp they said that I only need to set it to enabled if I do not have panels. That does not make sense to me, although without a battery I cannot run my inverter in islanding mode so have not been able to do much in terms of testing. @Mr 350 Has your issue been resolved? I assume you are not sure what was done / changed to resolve the issue?
September 5, 20233 yr Author Yes luxpower did resolve my issue.....requires about 5 days patience for reply
October 7, 20232 yr Ive gone the NC contactor route already... connected to incomming grid. let me check for this setting in the installer login
