Im new to the solar game . I installed a SYNAPSE OFF-GRID 3KVA INVERTER 3000 WATTS 24V DC 60A MPPT (3.0+) but it seems that its not charging the batteries full . 27v is the max it goes and when loadshedding starts it drops to 90% within minutes . The batteries will come down to 70% but when power comes back its not charging slowly back up it jumps to 95% and then after 10min or so go to 100% . i have 2x 100ah gel batteries thats 2 weeks old .  The old batteries did the same and after a while they only lasted halfway into load shedding. What would you guys say can be the problem ? 

Anyone that can give me the settings for this inverter. Maybe firmware.  I see it's 20.13
