February 5, 20233 yr I have 2x Schubart 5.12KW 80A MPPT Hybrid inverters in parallel. 4x CFE 5100S 100Amh 5.1KWh Batteries. 18x 360v PV panels. Current setup: SUB, [02] APL, [03] 230v, [04] 50.0Hz, [05] LbU, [06] bYE, [07] Ltd, [08] tfd = Restart disabled, [10] SNU, [11] SNU 80A, [13] Uti 60A, [14] USE Li, [17] Bulk Charge 56.4v, [18] Floating Charge 54v, [19] Low cut off 47v, [Battery stop discharge 47.5v, [21] Battery stop charge 54v, [28] Solar balance disabled Sbd, [29] SdS Saving mode disabled, [30] Batterry equalisation enabled, [31] Battery equalisation voltage 57.6v, [37] SOC percent method, [38] Battery stop discharge 20%, [39] Battery stop charge 100%. Problem:Batteries stop charging at 80% SOC. Cant get it higher? My objectives are: Ensure enough battery power available for loadshedding, then maximise Solar power to use in house and push balance back into Grid and finally reduce monthly bill. How or what settings need to change to achieve my objectives? Thx
February 6, 20233 yr Author Update: I noted that after 12 hours the batteries have now achieved 99% SOC. The problem was resolved by increasing the Floating Charge from 53.5v to 54v and at the same time increasing the Bulk Charge voltage with the same increments, i.e. 0.5v. I also increased the battery stop charge voltage to 54v.
