Sunmagic 600w inverter with built in charger (pure sine)

Hi all. Not sure if this has been asked before, just wanted to know if the built in chargers on these inverters (5 amp charger) is safe to charge a 100ah gel battery? I can't really find enough information as to how long I can have the battery on charge or can it be left on overnight?  I'm only using this for my 55 inch LED TV, decoder and WiFi during loadshedding. 

Any advice appreciated 🙏
