I have 2 Growatt inverters running in parallel with a dual lithium batteries shared by them. Each inverter has its own solar array.

Question - is it possible to connect batteries to each inverter( not sharing a battery bank)

Question - when adding a new lithium battery to the bank of 2  x 5.12 kw battery will I be limited to add exactly the same battery as a third or should it be one with the same specifications?
