Growatt 5000 es inverter Solar display

Featured Replies

I am using a Growatt 5000 es inverter installed 6 months ago

in my display the solar line is interrupted every movement specially when the sun is brightly shining

This is not happening during morning and afternoon

inverter is working in all other aspects

I want to know why the solar display line is interrupted ( Disconnected and connected)

I have 6 panels 540w connected in series and I have been using same configuration for the last 7 months without issues

I noticed this issue only few days ago

I only hear a beep sound when the PV power is disconnected but immediately it is get connected No error messages or error light is seen

because of this issue I get very less solar output

Just a thought. There may be a break in solar feed at a certain temperature. If this is a predictable occurrence, then I would put a voltmeter on the solar input at the time and monitor the Voltage of the panels.

This is happening mostly when the sun is shining brightly When the sun light is low there is no interruption

my inverter  capacity is 5 kv but my Panal capacity  is only 3.2 kv

So can’t understand why the PV power is get disconnected and connected instantly
