I HAVE A GROWATT SPF 5000ES INVERTER CONNECTED TO A DYNESS BX 48100 LITHIUM BATTERY

NEED SOME HELP WITH SETTING AND COMMS

1) ON BATTERY WHAT ARE DIP SETTINGS, CURRENTLY 0111

2) CABLE FROM BATTERY PLUGGED IN CAN IN AND CONNECTED TO RS485 ON INVERTER. IT IS THE BLACK COMMS CABLE WITH GROWATT LABEL ON IT (IS THIS CORRECT) SUPPLIED WITH UNIT

3 INVERTER SETTINGS:-    01 SOL, 02 60A, 03 UPS, 05 LI, 36 PTCL L00, 10 4, 11 30A, 12 46V, 13 54V, 14 CSO, 19 56.4V, 20 54V, 21 42V,  43-48 (EQUALISATION SETTINGS LEFT AS DEFAULT), 49 0000, 50 0000

THE SETTING 12, 13, 21 NOT SHOWING AS PERCENTAGE.

 

ISSUE IS SYSTEM CHARGES WITH SOLAR AND RUNS OFF BATTERY, BUT WHEN BATTERY IS LOW, GRID DOESN'T KICK IN TO CHARGE BATTERY.

 

PLEASE ASSISST.
