GROWATT SPF 5000 ES AND DYNESS BX51100 SETUP
GOOD DAY ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED. I HAVE A GROWATT SPF 5000ES AND DYNESS BX51100 BATTERY WITHOUT ANY SOLAR PANELS. THE SYSTEM WAS RUNNING FINE FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. RECENTLY THOUGH THE INVERTER IS NO LONGER SUPPLYING THE LOAD WITH ESKOM POWER NOR CHARGING THE BATTERY. IF I USE THE CHANGEOVER TO GRID ONLY THE SYSTEM WORKS FINE, WITH THE CHANGEOVER ON INVERTER, WITH MY BATTERY FULLY CHARGED MANUALLY, IT DOES POWER THE HOUSE IF I PUT THE GRID AUPPLY OFF, HOWEVER WHEN GRID SUPPLY IS SWITCHED ON, IT NO LONGER WORKS. HI. CONTINUING ON THE ABOVE ISSUE. I FOLLOWED THE RECOMMENDATION TO GET THE BATTERY CHARGED WITH A 48V CHARGER. THE BATTERY IS NOW OUT OF PROTECTION MODE, HOWEVER THE SAME ISSUE EXISTS. THE INVERTER DOES NOT SEND CHARGE TO THE BATTERY. THE HOUSE DOES'NT GET POWERED WHEN IN INVERTER MODE. MY SCREEN SHOWS POWER ARROW FROM ESKOM TO HOUSE, AND FROM BATTERY TO HOUSE, BUT MY AVS PROTECTION LIGHTS STAY RED IN INVERTER MODE.. IN GRID MODE THE AVS WORKS FINE AND THE HOUSE GETS POWER. IS IT LIKELY A FAULT ON THE INVERTER??

GOOD DAY I HAVE A GROWATT 5KW INVERTER SETUP WITH A DYNESS BX51100 BATTERY AS BACKUP WITH NO PV. THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED ABOUT 6-8 MONTHS AGO. ALL SETTINGS WERE FINE AND COMMUNICATION WITH BMS AND INVERTER WORKING WELL. THE SYSTEM WAS RUNNUNG PERFECTLY. A DAY AGO WE HAD A PROLONGED POWER INTERRUPTION, AND SINCE THEN THE BATTERY IS NO LONGER GETTING CHARGED. THE INVERTER READS 1% SOC OF BATTERY AND KEEPS GETTING ERROR CODE 04. THE BATTERY WHEN TURNED ON JUST BEEPS, ALL THE SOC LED LIGHTS FLASH FOR A SECOND AND THEN GO OFF, AND THE ALARM LIGHT GOES ON ON BATTERY. WHEN THE SYSTEM IS ON AS USUAL, THE ESKOM POWER GOES IN, BUT BATTERY DOESN'T CHARGE AND THE SCREEN ON THE INVERTER SHOWS THE EMPTY BATTERY TRYING TO SUPPLY THE ESSENTIALS WITH POWER, INSTEAD OF ESKOM POWER CHARGING THE BATTERY. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. REGARDS

DEYE 8KW INVERTER AND DYNESS 5.12KW BATTERY
GOOD DAY I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP AND ADVICE REGARDING THE FOLLOWING:- I HAVE AN 8KW DEYE INVERTER WITH 8* 550W CANADIAN SOLAR PANELS ON 1 STRING LINKED VIA PV COMBINER BOV WHICH HAS FUSES FOR +VE AND -VE SOLAR CABLE, SPD AND BREAKER. 6MM SOLAR CABLE. AC PROTECTION INCLUDES SPD, MANUAL CHANGEOVER SWITCH, SEPARATE BREAKER FOR INVERTER AND ALSO 1 FOR ESKOM. I HAVE 150 AMP BATTERY DISCONNECT CONNECTED TO THE 5.12KW DYNESS BATTERY. MY DB BOARD IS SPLIT INTO ESSENTIAL AND NON-ESSENTIAL LOADS ESSENTIAL HAS MY PLUGS, LIGHTS AND BOREHOLE PUMP NON-ESSENTIAL HAS MY GEYSER, STOVE AND OVEN. ISSUE IS THAT OVER ABOUT THE PERIOD OF 1 MONTH THE SYSTEM HAS GONE INTO A FAULT MODE FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN RESTARTS AGAIN AND WORKS NORMALLY. THIS HAPPENS EVEN WHEN MY USAGE IS RELATIVELY LOW. ERROR MESSAGE F56DC_VOLT LOW, ANY IDEA WHY THIS COULD BE HAPPENING, AND ADVISE ON SOLUTION.

wiring deye or sunsynk inverter AUX port
Good day I currently have my system setup with essential and non essential running separately. I want to know if I wish to wire the non-essential part of my db i.e. geyser and stove to my inverter on the AUX port, do I just run an extra appropriate thickness cable from the top of the earth leakage on the no-essential board directly to the AUX port on the inverter. No change-over switch etc. required? I someone could pst a sketch it would be much appreciated. What settings do I then need to change on the inverter? Thanks in advance. Regards

IT IS THE BLACK COMMS CABLE WITH GROWATT LABEL ON IT (IS THIS CORRECT) SUPPLIED WITH UNIT 3 INVERTER SETTINGS:- 01 SOL, 02 60A, 03 UPS, 05 LI, 36 PTCL L00, 10 4, 11 30A, 12 46V, 13 54V, 14 CSO, 19 56.4V, 20 54V, 21 42V, 43-48 (EQUALISATION SETTINGS LEFT AS DEFAULT), 49 0000, 50 0000 THE SETTING 12, 13, 21 NOT SHOWING AS PERCENTAGE. ISSUE IS SYSTEM CHARGES WITH SOLAR AND RUNS OFF BATTERY, BUT WHEN BATTERY IS LOW, GRID DOESN'T KICK IN TO CHARGE BATTERY. PLEASE ASSISST. REGARDS

GOOD DAY WE HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED A 5KW GROWATT INVERTER WITH A 5.12KW CYCLONE BATTERY WITH AN AVS 30 AS A BACKUP SYSTEM FOR LOAD SHEDDING. NO PANELS. THE SYSTEM WORKS FINE TO RUN ALL THE PLUGS AND LIGHTS, HOWEVER WHEN WE CONNECT THE PRESSURE PUMP TO THE ESSENTIAL LOAD, IT SHUTS DOWN THE SYSTEM, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETEHER WE A RUNNING IN BACKUP MODE OR OFF GRID. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THE ISSUE COULD BE. THE PRESSURE PUMP IS A 1.5KW LEO. THE LOAD ON THE INVERTER WITHOUT THE PUMP IS MAX 650 WATTS, SO I CAN'T THINK THAT THE INVERTER IS TOO SMALL TO RUN THE PUMP. ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Earth Neutral bond
Hi. I have the pre-assembled type with relay. I have wired a cable to ATS 240V area on my deye inverter and ran it to the EN bond box labelled area labelled 13 and 14. Ideally what guage wire should be used for this? Do I than run a wire from the load terminal neurral wire on the inverter to the neutral terminal in the box, and the earth from the side of the inverter to the box?? Should this be 6mm cable as well? Does the position of the black wire stay on NC or should it be moved to NO. Thabks again
