Hi I have a mecer 2400 inverter. The batteries only last about 1 hour then the inverter shuts down. However when measure the voltage across the battery I get 13.16V (1 battery) or 36V across both batteries. When the power comes back on the display immediately shows the battery at 100%. What could be the issue.
