May 11, 20233 yr With the Tsunami of Solar installers and suppliers emerging in the current market conditions, the supply of "legitimate" solar hardware (inverters, panels & batteries) has become a mine field. I have read of several "grey" imports that have been flooding the market which are sometimes offered at ridiculous prices that blows your mind. I believe once you have procured a system from a solar installer that obtained the hardware from the "grey" line, the warranties and support becomes basically null and void. Is there not one place where it is easily to determine who the official distributors / wholesalers are of the Tier 1 brands, e.g. Synsync, Deye, Luxpower etc. etc.? The Sunsync website is the only manufacturer's site where it is clearly indicated who the official distributors are for inverters, panels and batteries. Thank you in advance.
