Weird sound coming from an inverter.

Does anyone know why an Inverter is making this sound(sounds like a short or current)?

It only happens when the inverter has load being pulled while its powered by AC. So in "bypass mode"

When the AC is on and no load pulled = quiet.

When on battery with load pulled the fans go on as normal.
