Hi guys,

Hope all is well,

Would like some assistance as I can not find any manuals on N energy LiFePO4 batteries.

I have two 5KW N energy batteries connected in parallel to a sun synk 8KW inverter but the BMS seems to not be communicating with the inverter, it has 3 rs845 slots on the batteries with 4 dip switches.

Anyone have an idea of the correct communication settings as I believe the installer did not do the right thing.
