Hi there, complete novice and after an ECO4 installation in April, we have been given access to the Sunsynk App and I have a very limited understanding of what it's telling me vs what our energy bill is telling us, put simply our bills vastly exceed the national average despite being not essentially higher users, mid terrace 2 bed - heating off etc. Power flow is showing PV generation of 2748W, of which 2680W is going to grid and 46W to the picture of the house (that figure is in red). Would this imply that we are not using energy from the grid at that time? The information from the 3rd party app still shows reasonable amount of spent grid energy despite the Sunsynk App showing otherwise - if my understanding is correct. 

 

Any help would be appreciated
