We have 100+ KACO Blueplanet 10.0 TL3 inverters across our solar sites either

  • Stuck in loading
  • Stuck in the boot up screen
  • Cycles between production and error 35 Protection Shutdown Error (gives 50% production)

Does anyone know how to bypass the loading screen in order to upload the latest software? We have opened cases with Siemens with these under warranty inverters but they take far too long to get to site and our list is growing. When warranty is up we somehow have to figure out how to solve all these errors.
