I have 2 x 5KW Sacolar inverters running in parallel, which gives me an effective 10 KW system.
Only the essentials are running off the system, i.e. lights, internet, fridges, microwave etc.
Stove and geyser are excluded from the circuit.
The system has been running like this since February 2023.

Today during a power outage all the taps were shocking us when one touches it.
On inspection of the inverters, I also got a shock when I touched the chassis of the machine and found that both machines were running at 50% of their capacity, meaning 5KW power being consumed.
I dropped the load isolators of both machines, but the reading persisted, 50% power draw down.
I switched both machines off as well as the battery breakers and then restarted the system.
The one machine fired up as the host and completed it's setup procedure indicating output to loads(These were still OFF) The second slave machine started up, showed a fault light, which is according to the book "soft start failure" and then duly switched itself off.
With the single machine running, power consumption was now normal at about 4% capacity with the loads connected.

I tried the local suppliers, but they suggested wiring problems etc., which sounds a bit off to me, seeing that the system has been running perfectly up to now. During the conversation I went back to the machines to show them what readings I have, but unbeknown to me the utility power was restored and the Slave machine has powered up and were running normally, supplying power to the system.

Has anybody experienced such a problem and what are the suggested solutions to rectify.
