ICC error "SQL Error: SQL logic error or missing database"

Since recently, ICC won't start up and it says "SQL Error: SQL logic error or missing database".

I noticed that the Solar.db file in the /home/pi/ICC directory was empty. I deleted it and tried again, but with the same result. I tried to create a new database in Solar.db using the SQLite database browser, but that doesn't work either (I don't know what tables there should be and what their structure is).

Does anyone have any tips or know how to recreate the Solar.db file (assuming that is the problem)? Don't know if @Manie is still on here? Unfortunately I don't have a backup (lesson learned).
